In the event of a return, we ask that you please email us at info.pleasurebda@gmail.com after receiving a order number for your product. We would like to know the reason for your return so we can better serve you and our customers in the future. All our products are guaranteed to be new. 

Upon returning your item, please follow these guidelines:

1. Please make sure that the item has not been opened or altered of any kind. All labels and tags must be attached to packaging. We regret there can be no exceptions.

2. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on personal items like vibrators, dildos, lotions, lubes, oils & lingerie etc. 

3. Kindly return the item within 2 business days after receiving it. Please call shop and book in a time to return to PleasureBDA. Altered products and packaging will be non-refundable. 

4. Please send a email message stating the order number and reason for your return, so that we may process your return order. Please allow two business days to process your return.

If we find any damage to the product or packaging, we reserve the right to not accept your return. If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
